To launch this initiative, Terzo hosted a group of innovative leaders in AI, finance, and business at the Terzo 5D AI Leadership Gala in Miami on April 26th, 2025. It was an unforgettable night, including speakers, entertainers, and a panel of leadership experts.
While performances by Oz Pearlman, CeeLo Green, and Goldfish captivated our guests, the true heart of our gathering was the urgent need for new leadership models – ones that recognize and champion mental wellness.
Terzo 5D Gala Panel: Mental Wellness & Modern Leadership
While technology quickly expands, it's crucial to remember the human element. This panel explored the complex interplay between technology and mental health. As technology use increases, digital overload, social isolation, and anxiety among young people are steadily growing. To navigate these issues, leadership models must evolve to include both innovation and empathy.
Our panel included Roger Mason Jr, 10-year Vet NBA Player, Co-Founder and CEO of VAUNT, and Terzo Investor; Larrance Dopson, Co-Founder of 1500 Or Nothin’; Pat Chandler, President & CEO of Creative Visions; and Brandon Card, CEO & Founder of Terzo, and President of Terzo Cares Foundation.
These leaders from Terzo Cares, Creative Visions, and 1500 or Nothin’ explored how to empower young people to not just exist in the world, but to actively create, stand firm on a foundation, and navigate their inner landscape with confidence and self-awareness.
These three foundations want to equip the next generation with a transformative trifecta: the bedrock of financial literacy, the spark of creative innovation, and the strength of emotional mastery by leveraging holistic development principles. Through this mission, they are empowering young people to build fulfilling lives and become the leaders of tomorrow.

The evening benefited our foundation, Terzo Cares. Terzo Cares is on a mission to ignite the potential of our young people by addressing a critical gap in their education: financial literacy and its profound impact on mental well-being.
This foundation will equip the next generation, particularly in underserved communities, with the practical money and basic finance skills they desperately need, including market basics, budgeting, investing, and entrepreneurship. We will strive to show them how these skills are linked to their mental health and their ability to forge brighter life trajectories, free from the crushing weight of financial stress.
