Continuing to be customer-obsessed
Terzo is proud to serve the largest companies in the world. With our financial intelligence platform, we strive to help our customers unlock buried data, drive business outcomes, and improve the bottom line.
This year, Terzo also brought on new clients across the world, including a few Fortune 100 companies. We are eager to bring AI contract intelligence to new industries including consumer packaged goods, chemicals, and logistics. We continue to shape our operating model to deliver enterprise customers excellent results.
More than ever before, we have connected with our customers face-to-face in 2024. Through events like Digital Procurement World and our annual customer golf tournament, we took our team around the world to meet customers, shake hands, and discuss the future of contract and document intelligence.
Building powerhouse partnerships
2024 brought key partnerships that will propel Terzo into 2025 and drive value for our customers. Through these partnerships, we can do things in the AI category that we would not be able to do alone.
Our IBM watsonx partnership has increased value for our enterprise customers by allowing them to instantly access insights from documents like supplier contracts and invoices. Through this partnership, enterprise customers can expect secure and fast reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Together, we are working to shift how people interact with large datasets and move towards a more natural interaction with analytics platforms.
This year Terzo became available in the Coupa App Marketplace, which connects businesses with certified, pre-built solutions. With the Coupa partnership, we can help customers worldwide make smarter spending decisions. We are excited to offer this partnership to better help our clients who already leverage Coupa. In 2025, we look forward to connecting with customers at Coupa’s annual conference in Las Vegas.
Terzo AI was built on the Microsoft Azure platform, so this partnership is natural. Through Microsoft Azure marketplace, Terzo offers Microsoft customers contract analytics that provide deep insights into their financial data. We look forward to serving the customers who use Microsoft Azure better because of this partnership.
All these partnerships enable Terzo to stay laser-focused on our customers and their specific industry problems while leveraging breakthrough AI technology.
Growing our in-house talent
Terzo maintains a strong global operating model across the US, Canada, and India. Most of our team works remotely, and this year they perfected the art of collaborating long-distance.
Although we have had our ups and downs in 2024, our team has stayed strong and resilient, offering our customers excellent solutions to their data problems. We take pride in helping our talented individuals grow within their roles to better serve our customers.
Making Data Dance
In 2024, we launched “Make Data Dance” as our new corporate slogan. It has sparked deep conversations about the capabilities of data, and we hope it expresses our passion for doing the unexpected in a focused and deliberate way.
At Terzo, we are confident about our strategy heading into 2025. We believe AI contract intelligence has unlimited potential and it's very early. Our amazing engineering team took real-life data sets and built our platform with an understanding of actual customer impacts and outcomes.
