Zeyad Rajabi

Zeyad Rajabi is Chief Product Officer at Terzo, the enterprise AI platform that helps finance, legal, IT, supply chain, and procurement teams find the money trapped in contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other unstructured documents. He leads Terzo's combined Product, Engineering, and Design organization, responsible for the platform's vision, architecture, and delivery, from the Document AI layer that extracts and connects the data to the agents and experiences that put it to work.

Rajabi brings 21+ years of product experience. At Microsoft, he built enterprise software, was a founding team member of Azure Blockchain, the Azure Open Supply Chain Platform, and Office Sway, and rose to Principal Group Product Manager.

He then moved to Coinbase, where he led Product for Coinbase Developer Platform and Wallet Services, built and grew developer platform, migrated billions of dollars in digital assets onto next-generation key management infrastructure, and saved the company hundreds of millions of dollars.

As Chief Product Officer, Rajabi owns Terzo's product strategy and roadmap and leads the teams that build it: product management, engineering, applied science, data intelligence, and design.

Since joining in late 2025, he has rebuilt the organization and how it operates: raising the talent bar, defining Terzo's culture and values, and creating the Terzo Operating System, the shared principles and processes for how the company designs, builds, and ships. Under his leadership, Terzo moved to continuous releases, rearchitected the product from an application into a platform, and is building a new generation of AI-native, agent-driven experiences for finance and procurement teams.
