Spencer Ross

Spencer Ross is Director of Global Sales and a founding member of Terzo, helping take the company from early concept to an enterprise AI platform serving some of the world’s largest organizations.

Ross has been building and commercializing enterprise AI solutions since 2016—years before AI became a boardroom mandate. His career spans Sales, AI, enterprise software, innovation, and digital transformation, helping Fortune 500 companies turn emerging technology into measurable business outcomes.

Today, he leads Terzo’s Global Sales organization, working with CFOs, CPOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders to unlock financial intelligence trapped across contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and supplier data.

Before Terzo, Ross was Director of Innovation & Software Solutions at Mobile Programming, where he built its Innovation practice from the ground up.

The practice grew from zero to more than 250 engineers and delivered 100+ innovation and transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 enterprise COEs and Silicon Valley startups spanning AI, machine learning, data, automation, cloud, mobile, IoT, AR/VR, and blockchain.

During his tenure, Mobile Programming grew from approximately 400 to more than 3,000 employees.

Ross has been part of Terzo’s journey since 2018, working with the founding team as the company moved from concept to reality. He officially joined in 2021 as one of its first hires and Founding Account Executive.

Since then, he has helped build Terzo’s go-to-market organization and relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises.
