Pradeep Thangavel is Co-Founder and Chief Customer Technology Officer at Terzo, an enterprise AI platform that finds money enterprises lose across contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other spend documentation trapped in unstructured files. It delivers that data as structured, audit-ready intelligence for finance, procurement, and IT teams.
Thangavel co-founded Terzo in 2020 alongside Brandon Card and Al Giocondi, and he works with Terzo's engineering and customer success teams to keep that intelligence accurate as it reaches customers.
Background
Before Terzo, Thangavel spent nearly eight years at Freshworks, from September 2013 to April 2021, moving from DevOps Engineer to Engineering Manager in Site Reliability Engineering.
That work put him inside a fast-growing software company's own vendor problems: contracts and account relationships tracked by hand, with no shared system to check them against.

Building Terzo
Pradeep Thangavel, Brandon Card, and Al Giocondi built Terzo to close that gap.
The platform pulls contract and vendor data out of scattered documents and inboxes and puts it in one place teams can act on.
As Chief Customer Technology Officer, Thangavel carries the engineering and reliability discipline he built at Freshworks into the technology customers depend on directly. He works alongside Card and the rest of Terzo's leadership team, including Daniel Haitz, Head of Growth and Partnerships.
