Terzo leadership
Daniel Haitz
Head of Growth and Partnerships

Overview
Daniel Haitz is Head of Growth and Partnerships at Terzo, where he leads the company's strategic partnership and ecosystem growth strategy.
He brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, procurement, supply chain, and business transformation, with a career spanning large-scale operating programs, technology modernization, and commercial growth.
Background
Before Terzo, Haitz held leadership roles at Accenture, where he led enterprise platform growth initiatives that tripled revenue over three years and worked with global organizations on technology-enabled operating transformation. Earlier in his career, he led supply management and digital procurement engagements at Deloitte.
His experience includes some of the most complex operating environments in enterprise procurement and supply chain.
Results from initiatives Haitz led or helped lead:
~$800M
Cost reduction he contributed to by helping lead the repricing of a global energy company's supply base during the 2015 commodity downturn
97%
E-invoicing adoption in a global Source-to-Pay transformation spanning five ERP environments
3x
Revenue from enterprise platform growth initiatives at Accenture, over three years
His work increasingly moved toward the intersection of technology, data, and automation. At Accenture, Haitz helped develop the firm's first AI and automation use-case library for Source-to-Pay, focused on translating emerging technology into practical applications across procurement and enterprise operations.
Across those roles, the through-line has been consistent: using technology, data, and commercial strategy to change how large enterprises make decisions and capture economic value.
What He Leads at Terzo
At Terzo, Haitz is responsible for building the partnerships and strategic relationships that expand how the company reaches and serves the enterprise market.
Terzo turns complex contract estates into structured financial intelligence, giving organizations visibility into:
- Commercial commitments
- Obligations
- Pricing
- Renewals
- Economic opportunities buried across thousands of agreements
That capability creates a natural role for Terzo across a broader enterprise technology ecosystem. Haitz is focused on building relationships with the platforms, advisors, technology providers, and strategic partners that can embed that intelligence into the systems and workflows where financial and commercial decisions are already being made.
The opportunity is larger than traditional channel distribution. As AI becomes more deeply embedded in enterprise workflows, the quality of the underlying data increasingly determines what those systems can understand, recommend, and ultimately act on.
Contracts contain some of the most economically important (and historically least structured) data inside a company.
Terzo is building that intelligence layer, and Haitz leads the partner strategy designed to extend its reach.
On why partnerships are the growth lever, Haitz said:
"Every contract is a promise, and most enterprises stop tracking them the day they're signed. Terzo turns those promises back into EBITDA, money already owed, leakage recovered, and renewals reshaped before the next negotiation, on both sides of the contract. That's a story that scales through partners, and I'm here to build that motion."
Terzo CEO and Co-Founder Brandon Card, on the appointment:
"Daniel knows how to turn that kind of platform story into commercial outcomes through partners. He brings the operating discipline and ecosystem credibility we need for the next phase of growth."
Perspective
“Enterprises have spent decades digitizing transactions, but much of the commercial truth behind those transactions is still trapped inside contracts. That creates an enormous gap between what a company negotiated and what actually happens after signature.
Terzo closes that gap by turning contract language into structured intelligence that can be used across finance, procurement, revenue, and the systems around them. The partnership opportunity is to make that intelligence available wherever those decisions happen.”
