Terzo leadership
Brandon Card
CEO & Co-Founder

Overview
Brandon Card is the CEO and Co-Founder of Terzo, the enterprise AI platform built on a simple premise: every enterprise has money it can't see, and Terzo finds it. Terzo tracks and understands every dollar across contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and ERP spend, closing the gap between what was agreed and what actually happens.
Background
Card spent years in enterprise technology at Microsoft and IBM, working on Cloud delivery and digital transformation for large organizations.
That work exposed him to how enterprises actually manage the agreements running their operations: contracts stored across shared drives, PDFs, and spreadsheets, with commitments nobody revisited once the deal closed.
As Inc. reported, the idea for Terzo took shape from a specific frustration: hours spent manually copying contract terms into slides. That manual process is what Terzo was built to eliminate.
Building Terzo
Card founded Terzo because existing systems only track money:
- ERPs record transactions
- P2P systems handle purchasing
- CLMs store contracts
- Consultants find issues once, not continuously
Terzo was built to understand it
Connecting contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and ERP spend so hidden money surfaces on its own, whether it's sitting in a supplier contract, an overbilled invoice, or an unused software license.
Under his leadership, Terzo has delivered:
$1B+
Realized, proven savings
50x+
Return on cost in a Fortune 100 engagement
~$60M
Total funding raised
Speaking and Writing
Card writes and speaks on contracts as a financial discipline.
In an August 2026 RealClearPolicy op-ed, he applied that argument to government spending: the Pentagon manages contracts obligating roughly $445 billion annually, and "half of a trillion dollars in the Pentagon's contractual commitments remain locked inside millions of PDF documents and disconnected systems."
His case for fixing that is direct:
"Contracts aren't just legal documents. They're financial assets. Spending visibility without contract visibility is incomplete."
On where AI fits into the fix, Card has been specific about the role he thinks it should play:
"AI should augment their judgment by eliminating manual analysis, surfacing hidden insights and providing agency-wide visibility."
In his framing, augmentation means removing the manual work standing between a reviewer and the answer, not replacing the reviewer.
He has made the same case on industry podcasts, including a Code Story interview on turning contracts into financial assets, and SaaS Scaling Secrets, where he discussed skipping the SMB market to build directly for enterprise buyers.
